I yelled to the cabby yo, home smell you later, looked at my kingdom I was finally there
[New flat] [afternoon] [anyone, ATTN: Friends]
Finding the flat was easy. Talk to landlady, agree to fill her in on gossip and take care of her lawn, get amazing flat in second building she owns. Packing the both flats was easy. Breaking the news to Salt that Pepper was moving away was easy. Maybe not easy, but easier. And the whimpering only went on for ten minutes. Hell even moving was easy. But as Harry stared at all the boxes in his new flat, the one he would be sharing with Ginny, he couldn't help but feel overwhelmed. He didn't remember owning this much crap. Hell, he didn't remember moving this much crap. Harry was actually beginning to wonder if they had accidentally moved someone elses stuff along with theirs. "No way. Uh huh. Not going to unpack all of this tonight. Even if I do need clean underwear and they are in this pile of boxes." It was then he realized that there was a small bark coming from the large pile of boxes.
"Pepper? Oh no. You didn't. For the love of Merlin, you did." Harry slowly moved boxes aside, careful not to squish his adventurous pup who decided to explore the huge pile of boxes. "I really don't know what I am going to do with you sometimes, other then hug you," he exclaimed as he put Pepper in an x-pen.
"Don't give me those sad eyes, this is for your own good. No exploring time for little puppies until we get this mess cleaned up. We don't want a squished Pepper now do we? All of your toys and your water is in there. Behave yourself. I have to send out some owls. Because I am not unpacking. Not until Ginny makes me."
Harry walked over to the desk near the stairs and wrote a quick note then duplicated it and gave the stack to Hedwig to deliver to all of his friends.
Hello! Just a quick note to let you know I moved. I'm still in the same general area, just a few blocks away. The address is on the second page. There will be a party coming, as soon as Ginny and I unpack.
Harry
"Now what shall I do. Unpack or make sandwich? Hmmm. Yes Pepper, I do think you are right. It's sandwich time."
